CHAPTERS ARE GROWING

The chapters are growing by leaps and bounds we have a few that still need directors
but all in all I'm very pleased with the progress we have made in the past 2 weeks,
the 1st chapter meetings will be held Saturday august 21st. So if you haven't gotten
signed up for a chapter yet do so now so we can get you into a chapter near you and you can join the fun at Meet and Greet. And the location has been chosen for the 1st Annual National convention where all the chapters will come together for alot of
wonderful things that are being planned. It will be held August 19-21 2011 in Lancaster Pennsylvania..Bring your prim friends along with you to the chapters.

APJ COMMUNITY CHAPTERS

Just wanted to post that all the Chapters are coming together GREAT.. This is going to be one of the greatest things I have ever achieved. We do still have a few that needs a Director in place but everything is piecing itself together like an old puzzle. IF you haven't signed up for a Local Chapter Near You.. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR....... This is an awesome opportunity to meet other prim like minded ladies right there in your own communities, the meets will be held the 3rd Saturday of every month and the National Convention will be Held EVERY August starting in 2011

The meetings will be planned on a member rotation basis and will consist of prim/antique shopping outtings, craft classes, lunch or dinner outtings, attending
local prim shows and festivals together.. You know all the things our husbands refuse to do with us. So grab your spot NOW the 1st meeting(s) will be held on
Saturday August 21st.. The directors will plan the 1st meeting as a meet N Greet.

OUR PRIM FORUM IS STARTING CHAPTERS

APJ IS FORMING CHAPTERS IN ALL STATES.

Each chapter will have a Director and a Co-Director

Each Chapter will meet the 3rd Saturday of every month, each meeting will be planned by a different member of that particular chapter on a rotation basis, meetings can include primitive shopping, antique shopping, going out for lunch as a group, crafting day, crafting classes etc... whatever you can come up with that is FUN and agreed upon by your members.

The chapters are intended to bring together like minded
gals, for friendship, crafting, learning etc. I mean none of us
can ever have too many FRIENDS can we...

I want to establish the Chapters in the Larger cities of each state
so you can join the chapter closes to you. You can invite your friends to be members of your chapter BUT they must become a
member of APJ community 1st..

So in order to start setting up the chapters I need to know who all is interested in being part of an A Primitive Journey Chapter. A Chapter needs at least 4-5 members to be considered a chapter.

If You are interested in being a Director of a chapter please let me know that too, I will decide who the Directors will be, In order
to be a chapters Director you have to (A) been a member on this forum for at least 6 months and (B) Have at least 250 posts..

There will be a few rules to abide by when joining a chapter
but I promise It won't be nothing harsh..

I am going to be the CEO of all the APJ Chapters as well as the Indianapolis Chapters Director. I have already chosen my Co-Director.. ( Each Director will choose their own co-Director after meeting the members..)

And NO ONE may start an APJ chapter without my knowledge and written Permission... This is going to be HIGHLY promoted through several forms of media..

Then after each monthly meeting the director will come back to the forum and post the details and a pic or 2 of what they did.

Then once per year some time during the summer months we
will have an official A Primitive Journey Convention in a different state each time so that we ALL can get together and laugh, share, learn, and network together.. WHAT FUN!
